It's fuck-ugly, but a table nonetheless.



I became frustrated with trying to convert a male hair mesh for females (I can find oodles of F2M tutorials but no M2F) and decided instead to finally do some object meshing tutorials, since that's what I'm particularly interested in, in any case.

Hopefully when I make something not dictated to me by a tutorial it won't look so.. awful. But it's a start.

For some reason I decided to look up Dragonforce on Wikipedia today, and found they've a new CD coming out in about a week. I frequently bitch that they're awful and I think nothing of their music, and that's true, but I love them the way I love popcorn, and so predictably my first thought was "I bet it's on Torrentleech." And it was. Despite the horrid name (Ultra Beatdown. Yes, you read that right.), I grabbed at it like a sex-deprived woman grabbing for a dildo. It brings me such guilty pleasure.

I have such abysmal taste. At least I didn't pay for it.

Oh, applaus for you! Looks much better than my first try using that tutorial, lemme tell you that (which just crashed the game). Ahem. Oh, and converting hair to females is pretty easy. I'm in the process of writing a little tutorial for it, yeah.
And to butt in on the metal thing: I used to listen to Dragonforce too! Heh, almost all bands of that genre sound the same (like Rhapsody and Stratovarius) and I still mix them up *ducks*.

Oh, that's great news! I had thought of asking you about it, but I get nervous contacting people out of the blue to beg for help. I look forward to the tutorial!
