Decorating small houses is fun.
In between frenzied fits of work on my novel, I've been playing a little, and I'm quite pleased with how Thalia's house came out. So yes. I'm going to show it off with ruthless picspam.
This is Thalia's house. Thalia was the first sim I plunked into my new neighborhood (which, uh, still needs a name as it is currently labeled '3'), because she was one of my most beloved sims in my old one. Her CC didn't mesh well with my new skins, so I had to give her a makeover, and I'm really happy with how she came out. Anyway.. here's her house (not built by me, just made over. I think it was part of MsBarrows's tiny town collection).

Thalia, my town's resident gravedigger and spookchaser. Say hi, Thalia.

She's too cool for us, apparently. Screw you too, Thalia.
Moving on, the kitchen:

Front hall, complete with cross waiting for customer pickup:

Bedroom-cum-supernatural containment center:

(Thalia wishes it known that the cross there isn't a symbol of religious affiliation, but rather vampire insurance.)

And finally, bathroom:

In other news, the novels march on. One of them does, at least. I've added a few pages to it, which is a pretty good feeling considering usually I've had trouble just getting more than a few paragraphs. Moving on with your life is harder than it sounds.
