Firstly: I am aware that my foreigndestiny photobucket account is inactive. I would take care of this, except that it is one of three photobucket accounts I have, and I can't remember what e-mail is associated with it, so I can't log in and reactivate it. Balls.
Secondly: A meme about being a girl that I've seen floating around lately, because I'm bored and memes entertain me.
01. Do you have on a lot of make-up?
Nope. Right now I have some chapstick on, but I tend not to bother with makeup unless I'm going out or someone's coming over. My family already knows what I really look like.
02. How much do you put on?
Usually just eyeliner and lipstick. I both have a hard time finding foundation to match my skin tone and am impatient.
03. How long does it take you to get ready?
I'm going to assume this means "when I am going to to go out somewhere". Unless I've picked out my outfit the night before, which is rare, I usually stare into my closet for five or ten minutes, during which I'll try on things together until I find a combination I like.
04. Do you put on a lot of lipgloss?
No. It migrates off my mouth, even with lip liner to keep it in place.
05. Does your lipgloss smell good?
Sure. It smells like imaginary.
06. Do you carry a purse?
Yes.
07. What color is it?
Black patent. As if I needed to say that.
09. Do you have a Coach bag?
Nooooo. I don't wear anything with a brand name or logo emblazoned on it unless I'm getting paid for it. Plus, they're ugly.
10. Do you have a Louis Vuttion?
No. Also ugly.
11. How many purses do you have?
Two. Both are black. I really only use the patent one, because it's larger.
12. Do you like to wear nailpolish?
Yes! Guess what color. (Actually, right now my toes are OPI's Here Today Aragon Tomorrow, which looks black in the bottle and artificial lighting but is actually asparagus green in sunlight because mom thought it was black when she bought it for me. It's neat.)
13. How often do you get your nails done?
I don't get them done. I do them myself, whenever the paint starts to chip.
14. Do you like manicures?
They're nice, but I have other things to spend money on. I'm perfectly capable of doing my own nails.
15. What about pedicures?
Oh god yes. They make me feel like a princess. A guilty, uncomfortable, but pampered princess.
16. Do you have a usual nail salon you go to?
Nope. Last time I had a pedicure, I was in another state.
17. Where do you get your hair cut?
The Best Cuts up the street, but that's really only once a year. Sometimes once every two years. I just get my ends trimmed. Oh, and last time I was there I got bangs cut, but I trim them myself.
18. Do you dye your hair?
Yep. With Special Effects' Nuclear Red. Lately people have taken to asking me if it's dyed red for Christmas. (Hint: it isn't.)
19. Do you straighten your hair?
Nope, don't need to.
20. Do you have lots of pairs of shoes?
Ha ha ha ha. Yes.
21. What are your favorite shoes?

pooklet last year. But my Iron Fist wolf beater pumps have been getting a lot of use lately.
23. Do you wear heels everywhere?
Yep. I have weird feet, and flats make them ache.

Bitch, I can sprint in heels.

The internet, thrift stores, and occasionally Forever 21.
26. Do you go shopping every week?
Yes. Grocery shopping.
27. What's your favorite store?
Borders. Unless you mean clothes, in which case the Salvation Army near my dad's office, or Lip Service.
28. How much do you usually spend?
On a thrifting trip, maybe twenty bucks. You don't want to know what we spend weekly on groceries.
29. Have you ever been in Dior?
I don't think there's a Dior anywhere near me to begin with, but: no. And given that stores in that vein give me hives, I will endeavor to avoid it.
30. Do you follow fashion trends?
Only to the point that I recognize when fashion is having a brief affair with goth, so I know to hit the clearance racks in a few weeks.
31. Do you have a pair of huge sunglasses?
No. I don't have any sunglasses, though I'm considering these when they get them in stock again. Of course the frames will be painted black.
35. How many pairs of earrings do you have?
I don't know offhand. Not more than six or seven. I hardly wear them.
36. Do you wear hoop earrings?
No, though I've been meaning to get some teenytiny silver hoops for the second pair of holes I never wear anything in.

Yep. I only own two pairs of pants.
39. Do you get your eye brows done?
No. I'm told my eyebrows are quite nice naturally.
40. Can you apply mascara without opening your mouth?
Yes. I rarely use mascara, though.

Not really. Just a line on the top lid and on the rim of the lower lid.
42. Do you do pilates or yoga?
No. I eat yogurt, if that counts.

I have a bunch of back issues of Shonen Jump from my otaku days, but somehow I don't think that's what you're asking. No, I don't have any fashion magazines, unless a couple old issues of Gothic Beauty and a solitary Gothic & Lolita Bible would be considered fashion magazines.
On the same track, I've been making eyes at Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab lately, and have decided that if I find a job soon I will reward myself with Arkham and Embalming Fluid and maybe Zombi. I am toying with the idea of purchasing Cthulhu just so I can say I'm wearing Cthulhu, but for fifteen dollars a bottle I think I'd rather have Arkham.
I mentioned this to my mother yesterday. I don't think her eyes have rolled back out of the top of her head yet.

I wish the more expensive ones were available in imps. I'm really picky about scents, and more often than not I've greatly disliked things I should have loved based on the oils involved. I've found I cannot stand any vetiver at all.
