An update for those concerned:
It is one of three things: a bad motherboard (it had BETTER NOT BE BECAUSE IT IS BRAND FUCKING NEW), bad RAM (both sticks? Unlikely.), or a bad CPU. Data is most likely fine, and if nothing else I can get at it in September. In any case, I will just hope my assorted aunts and uncles give me cash for birthday presents this Saturday, since there's no goddamn jobs in this town.
