Oh my God, what? A download? No way!

I recently rebuilt the entire Fritter mansion from scratch, as the bugginess of the original was beginning to annoy me and I'd neglected to make a copy before plopping Eulalie into it way back. Since this is the thing I've gotten the most requests for basically ever, here it is for your downloading pleasure, now that it's glitch-free!

Okay, so. This comes to you completely unfurnished. No buy mode content at all, except one closet and the decorative roof pieces on the tower. All the walls and floors are exactly as they are in the original house, though, and the landscaping is as close as I could get it. I'm not quite enough of a perfectionist to go over every bit of terrain exactly the way I did before, heh.

You all have seen a lot of this house if you read the Fritters, but here's a quick tour of the empty house you're getting, which by the way goes for $41,956 ingame:

Ignore the banana tree there, it's not included. I'd already put it back in for the Fritters when I went to take this picture.

~~That green corner does flash blue in neighborhood view; I haven't got round to fixing it yet, so if it bothers you, just color it to match the others, which don't!~~ Fixed!

And then of course there's all the bedrooms (four) and bathrooms (three, all full in my game so there's definitely room to do that if you wish) that I didn't bother to photograph. Trust me, they're just more empty rooms.

Master meshes are included, as are recolors for Maxis items. Except for the Silent Hill recolor of the shrubs, because I couldn't figure out which package it was. You can get the set it came from here, they're all worth keeping.

Partial clean installer, just to point out that the thing in red is the palm tree and is not hacked in any way, it's just from Castaway Stories:

Requires at least Apartment Life because of the roof pieces and the closet, but I think that's get-aroundable with Clean Installer.
