I know it's past time for the Fritters to be updated, and I've slowly been working on doing that. Normally it doesn't take me this long to caption their antics, but I have been too mopey lately to be very funny. (Wah, wah, I miss my Person, wahhhh.)

Instead, you can have some hair! One of which you've had access to already, but it was sort of buried in a thread on GoS and I've had a couple of people ask me to share it because it was easily overlooked there, so now it is here for accessibility.

First up, new hair! If you follow the Fritters then you've probably seen Eudora sporting it. This was my favorite braid when it first came out, and I retextured it once before, but I did a pretty crappy job. This version is much nicer.

So, the mapping on this is pretty shit. And as a result, the texturing isn't perfect. But mine never is, since I don't have

pooklet's patience when it comes to manipulating textures. I think it is quite usable, and since a couple of people inquired about it, I assume some of you will too! So here it is.

It's objectively high-poly— 9k-plus— but in the context of all the other bloated hair meshes out there it's not too bad. The mesh is included for convenience. As for the textures, they're Pooklet's v3 since that is my favorite, and the colors are also Pooklet's.

You get it by itself today because I am in no mood to update my swatches to try to fit this one in yet. As usual, the base texture in volatile is included for recoloring.

Next, we have this edit of an XM hair that I based off of

aelia's. She gave me her blessing to post mine, so here it is.

Now, because I am a lazy fuck, I'm mostly just going to copy and paste from my post in the Low-Poly theme thread. Sorry. Except not really, because lazy fuck.

The mesh has 3492 faces, 2738 vertices, so it's pretty low-poly compared to a lot of other curly hairs.

The textures are Pooklet's v3 and Nouk's newest curly texture, the colors are Pooklet's including a few unreleased ones, elders keep their colors, and there's no volatile because I don't use it anymore but I included the base texture in volatile in the .rar in case you can't live without a color I didn't do. ;) I also tweaked the mesh a bit, so it doesn't cut into the sim's shoulder on the left side anymore (as seen here). My edit replaces Flora's, but if you already have Flora's you must remove it manually because the filenames are different.

Also, just a heads up, I'm going to be going through and locking old entries with downloads that embarrass me. I'll be updating the directory (here) to provide pictures and links to those downloads in case someone still wants them for some reason, but they won't be floating around in the open anymore. Except for the old embarrassing downloads on GoS, because I can't do anything about them.

I made that shirt, I never shared the set because I'm really bad about remembering to share things. I probably will at some point but for now, here's a direct link.
