azaya | (no subject)

I didn't mean to hoard this hair as long as I did, I was going to post it... months ago, but never got around to getting previews because I'm such a lazyface. Anyway, this has been asked after a few times, so here it is!

I've retextured this hair once before, but excepting right after I'd finished it and was still feeling the afterglow of sweet, sweet victory, I've never really liked my first attempt. It looks stringy and not at all soft. So I've redone it, with new textures! Specifically, Pooklet's v3 and Nouk's new waves. I think it looks worlds better, even though the mapping on the crown of the head is absolutely infuriating and stretches everything to hell.

Once again, this comes in Pooklet's new palette, which is thus:

This time there's no volatile texture included, because I textured this back before I made it my practice to include a base texture since I don't use volatile anymore. But I've uploaded it separately in case someone with more time than me wants more colors. The mesh is included, and everything's binned and familied and probably compressed.

I love the waves on the hair!! This version wins all the way and I think you've got me loving V3 of the textures now. ♥

This is a such a happy coincidence. I have been looking desperately for a re texture of this hair, preferably in some of pooklet's colors. Searching failed, so I started looking randomly through sites of people I know do nice hair re textures, and behold here it is. Thank you so much. I will get a ton of use out of this.

Thanks for the texture file! I swapped this out for your older set, but I require my four families (sans extraneous blacks, blah blah everyone has some bizarre set of preferences), so that works perfectly.
