So fucking angry.

Not that it's my place to be or anything, but I can't help it. Haven't people ever heard of forgive and forget? I've not the patience to sort through the thread and find where it starts, because I need to go do something away from the computer before I break something.

Gonna go scrub out my anger on the kitchen floor. Most likely later I will edit this post into something relevant. Brb.

I was referring to the suspicion directed at Aikea, yeah. Though really the entire business pisses me off. Fucking TSR, making us hate each other.

Yeah, so do I. I used to lurk there constantly, now I just check in once a week or so. I miss old PMBD, when there was less hyuk-hyuking and rum passing and more "READ THE FUCKING FAQ OR GTFO."

I was literally angry with rage, and confused as fuck. I'm still confused!!!

It's unfortunate, but you're probably right. The rest of us obviously think you're awesome, though. (I actually still thought you and Gelydh were awesome while you were at TSR. I just hoped really, really hard that someday you'd leave it.)

Silliness aside, you're right. When did this stop being a fun way to spend our free time and become, well, serious business? I guess when money is involved it can't just be fun anymore. Which is as good an argument as any for keeping money out of it, I think.

Shit... 'Bizarre' is just one word for it. My poor brain hurts from trying to figure it all out.

Jesus Christ on a fucking stick. This is exactly why I never bother going to PMBD anymore, unless someone posts a link to something specific. The phorum seems to be less about destroying paysites and more about dragging out the latest wank until their next drama fix comes along, rinse and repeat.

If those few people who are yelling the loudest about Aikea can remember every single thing they've said on the internet, I'll eat my keyboard. Also, are they unaware that people and their views and beliefs can change over time? Not to mention that she has a fantastic free site, has been a friendly and helpful member of the community, and comepletely denounced the cesspool that is T$R.

I'm not saying she gets a free pass because everything she makes is awesome and how dare we question it. But they already questioned her and she responded like a mature adult and expressed regret, even though she wasn't really involved. What more can they expect? Besides, you know, taking their frustration out on her because she's the only one they can get their hands on.

Sorry for the tl;dr, that thread really annoyed me.

And that is why, when looking for an anti-paysite forum, I picked GoS and not PMBD.

I honestly do not understand people and their blanket policies regarding anything, including previous Sims 2 paysite members. Everyone is different, just because someone associated with me is an ass, you cannot assume I am also an ass. Especially if I'm not associated with the ass anymore! /choirpreach

I guess in the same way that they assume "Once a pirate, always a pirate" (there was a thread about it awhile back), they also assume "Once an FA, always an FA." Despite the fact that Gelydh and Aikea now run a free site. And not only that, there's a BIG FUCKING NOTE on it saying their site is paid for through next year and to donate to other sites instead. Obviously they are still greedy, money-grubbing bitches. I need an eye-rolling smiley plz.
